Customer Terms of Service

1. General

These terms govern your purchase of goods from Niya’s online store. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Ordering

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

3. Pricing & Payment

Prices shown include VAT where applicable. Payment is due at checkout. We accept cash on delivery, iDEAL, and credit/debit cards.

4. Delivery

Delivery slots run in 45-minute intervals from 4 PM–9:45 PM (Mon–Thu) and 4 PM–10:45 PM (Fri–Sun). Orders placed outside those hours will be scheduled for the next available slot.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

You may cancel an order up to 30 minutes before your chosen slot. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days.

6. Liability

Niya is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or third-party services. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the order.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts in the Netherlands.
